From overwhelm into amazing flow
Trailer
Creating success is about taking many small steps. Raphael a Success Coach and international speaker takes us through the steps to being successful. Working with an accountability partner and critically important understanding the "why" for what we are trying to achieve, we find our internal resistance to success drops day by day.

Bullets:

  • Identify the steps toward a large goal. Make sure to then look at all of the small pieces that are needed to be achieved one after another to reach that goal. Find the sweet spot between achievability of the minor steps and your long goal.
  • Look first at the why questions. So, consider what motivations sit underneath any goal. Especially the big goals.
  • Failure at any step is totally ok. Use these failures to draw lessons to help you define the next small steps.

Quote:
If you are not in the flow you can’t succeed, success comes when there is focus.

Raphael Schildgen

Raphael Schildgen became the European Champion in Public Speaking in 2016. Thanks to his engineering background, he transferred the technical methods of process optimization into the artistic field of speaking. The development of an innovative speech system was a crucial point for his victory and because of this approach he was able to deliver top-class speeches in a very short time. He has gone on to inspire his audiences on over 100 local, national and international stages. As a speech expert, he trains senior executives and entrepreneurs so that they present themselves and their company at a champion level so they can win new customers directly from the stage. Applying these same techniques he has also worked as a speechwriter for politicians in the European Parliament. Raphaels 12-year passion for break dancing, reinforced as a former breakdance trainer, allows him to teach techniques to speakers bringing confidence to the stage of a more street level kind, which along with quick-wittedness gives skills that have never before existed on the speaking podium.
