I’m a licensed acupuncture physician (Hawaii) and shiatsu massage therapist (Hawaii). I’ve practiced Chinese medicine for 30 years and taught energy medicine internationally for twenty years and I co-founded the Accunect healing system. I have a BS in Information and Computer Science (Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa) and MS in Oriental Medicine. In my first career I did artificial intelligence research for NASA. I’ve treated about 30,000 patients in my 30 years in practice. I was Vice-President and a Senior Instructor of the International BodyTalk Association, taught at the Traditional Chinese Medical College of Hawaii. I’ve developed and written course manuals for many different courses and have taught over 8000 students in 11 countries. I’ve given presentations at the International BodyTalk conferences, the International Society for the Study of Subtle Energies and Energy Medicine (ISSSEEM) and at Ospedale Molinette in Torino, Italy on topics ranging from energy medicine for pregnancy and birth, the relationship between enthusiasm and miracles, science based spirituality and integrating energy medicine into hospital environments.
